REFUNDS & MISSING PIECE POLICY

Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will refund or exchange it. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. All returns must be in new unused condition, unopened, in original packaging. Do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container. You are responsible for all costs associated with shipping the return. Refunds are credited back to our original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable we will issue your refund in the form of store credit. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to process after it arrives at our warehouse. Spark Plug is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. We cannot process refunds on damaged items. Damaged items will be returned to the customer via ground shipping.

Missing Pieces

We strive to provide you with high-quality puzzles that offer hours of enjoyment. We understand how frustrating it can be to find that a piece is missing from your puzzle. While we are unable to send out replacement pieces, we are here to offer some friendly advice and support.

Double-Check the Puzzle Area: Sometimes, puzzle pieces can be sneaky and hide in plain sight. We recommend thoroughly checking the area where you were working on the puzzle, including under furniture, in the folds of clothing, and in any containers or bags that may have been nearby.

Review the Packaging: Carefully inspect the puzzle box and any packaging materials. Occasionally, pieces can get stuck in the box or mixed in with the packaging.

Contact Us for Guidance: If you’ve double-checked and still can’t find the missing piece, feel free to reach out to us at hello@sparkplugpublishing.com. Due to the nature of the custom dies used for Puzzles of Doom, we cannot provide replacement pieces. However we’re happy to offer suggestions for creative solutions to complete your puzzle. Our team loves hearing from our customers and is always ready to help in any way we can.
